When you book on the website, you are scheduling a consultation meeting.
You will fill out an intake form asking some basic questions about your property and needs, which we will review before the meeting.
During the meeting, we will ask any other questions we may need to provide you with a quote for your desired service(s).
The service(s) will be scheduled during the meeting.

The intake meeting gives us a chance to meet you and discuss all your needs in detail so we can provide you with a personalized quote for your first service.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to book a new meeting every time, only for the first one!
If you have already had an intake meeting and would like to try out a different service than usual, just contact us by phone, text, or email, and we will schedule a time!

To ensure hard work and excellent results, we carefully price our services according to property size and scope of work.
Each service has a minimum base price, and final quote is determined by the particular needs of each client and the size of the property.
If upon arrival the scope of work does not match what was originally quoted, we will adjust the price accordingly.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours with a description and photos. We will return and reservice the specified area free of charge.

If you change your mind or need to reschedule, please give us 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancelation fee.
That being said, life happens, so if something unavoidable comes up, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work together to find a solution.
The same goes for us. If something gets in the way, such as inclement weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

We can provide speciality products or tools upon request, however ample notice is required. When completing the intake form, please be as detailed as possible when describing particular surfaces that may require special attention.

You do not need to be home for any of our services, however we do need access! If you plan to be absent for all or part of the service, please provide us with clear instruction on how to access and secure the property on arrival and departure.
