Linda

Linda has been keeping spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly for as long as anyone can remember. That’s not a tagline, it’s just her life. Eighteen years of motherhood, a farm that demanded everything she had, and a work ethic built long before cleaning became her career.

She and her late husband built a trail riding operation from the ground up managing 30 head of horses, running the farm day to day, raising two kids, and at times holding down a part-time job on top of it all. Not because it was easy, but because that’s what it took. That kind of life doesn’t leave room for half measures.

After the farm chapter closed, she spent three years working two full-time minimum wage jobs at once. Not glamorous, but it’s the kind of thing that tells you everything you need to know about a person.

Eventually she found her way back to the work she truly loves. Cleaning, organizing, and making spaces feel right. It’s what she’s always done. Coming back to it professionally just means the rest of the world finally gets to benefit from what her family already knew. Linda isn’t new to hard work, she’s been doing it her whole life. Now, she’s bringing that same care to your home.

Brock

Brock didn’t get into this business because it seemed like a good idea. He got into it because working with his hands is all he’s ever known.

Coming out of high school he went straight into a welding apprenticeship, spent two years in the trade, graduated, and kept working in the field. Then COVID hit, the industry shut down, and he changed lanes. What followed was years of concrete work, flat work, basements, and foundations, forming, prepping, and pouring. Alongside underground construction, general construction, and landscaping, he has experience with real accountability and real work.

Outside is where you’ll find him here, maintaining properties, running equipment, and making sure the exterior of your home gets the same attention as the inside. That background matters. When something needs doing, Brock brings the same standard he learned on job sites: show up, work hard, do it right, and don’t leave a mess behind. He’s 27, he’s not new to this, he’s just finally doing it for himself.

Alyssa

Alyssa finished high school the way she does most things, working as much as she could while somehow keeping her grades flawless. From the start, she had a direction. Her grandfather had a stroke, and watching his road to recovery with the patience, the therapy, the slow climb back, it pointed her toward a purpose. She decided she wanted to be the person in that room helping people find their words again.

She sailed through her undergrad at the University of Alberta without missing a beat. Along the way she worked for a construction company running the books and managing invoicing. Then she moved on to working with children in a classroom setting, starting as a junior and stepping into a lead role within a year. Real experience. Real responsibility. Real results.

Next, she set her sights on McGill University, widely regarded as the most prestigious school in the country for her field. She got in. And once there, she was recognized by one of the most respected professors in speech-language pathology with the kind of praise that doesn’t get handed out lightly. While doing all of that remotely from Montreal and in the middle of a master’s program, she has continuously spent the last three years managing new client intake and contracts for Inside & Out.

Organized, warm, and on top of everything before you even realize something needed handling. She left to chase something bigger. But she never stopped showing up for this family, or for yours.

Altogether…

Three different paths. One shared standard. Linda brings a lifetime of hard work and a natural instinct for making spaces feel right. Brock brings over a decade of trades experience and a job-site mentality that doesn’t tolerate cutting corners, and he’s the one you’ll see outside, keeping your property in order. Alyssa brings the organization, the communication, and the professionalism that makes the whole thing run smoothly from the first message to the final walkthrough.
